Here's what the humans have to say about me:
MVP Hera was pulled very pregnant from a Cleveland Shelter. She gave birth to 10 puppies and proved to be a great momma. She had been used as a breeder for her entire five years, and is so glad to have those days behind her.
She has spent the past few months just being a dog. She is housebroken, knows sit and stay and is a quiet, observant girl. She is great with other dogs and is very sweet with her people. She is laid back, well-behaved in her crate and a great snuggler for those who like to sit and watch TV with a cup of coffee. She loves walks, but like most pit bulls, when it is cold, much appreciates a sweater! She currently weighs just under 50lbs, so is a great size. She would like another dog to play with and a comfy bed to sleep on. We think that isn't too much to ask!
Hera's adoption fee is $200. All MVPC dogs are heart worm tested, completely vetted, spayed/neutered, microchipped, crate trained and on a great potty training schedule.
ALL inquiries begin with a submitted adoption application, which is found on our website, www.miamivalleypitcrew.com. DO NOT USE THE PETFINDER/ADOPTAPET CONTACT/ADOPT BUTTONS--we are unable to monitor those--only submitted applications will receive a response. We do not adopt to individuals under the age of 25. Because we are volunteer based and a home visit is required, we have a two hour adoption radius from Kettering, OH for our adult dogs and 75 miles for our puppies. Exceptions, though rare, may be made on a case by case basis but we must be able to do a home visit. Thank you for your understanding!
