IDGSR WELCOMES KEIFER INTO THE SAFETY OF THE RESCUE!!!!
Sweet Natured Keifer spent his first year of life chained to a tree, with little to no attention from someone who dared to call themselves his owner. Then they had the audacity to move away and abandon him, all this documented by neighbor that was just fed up and took it upon herself to care for him and feed and comfort him.
Keifer is fully vetted, a medium to high energy boy and will make a great walking, running or hiking partner, he is very sweet natured, loving and affectionate, engaging and loves all people and other dogs,
he was a bit overly with kitty though so no cats for him.
He will benefit from some standard obedience classes and a dedicated adopter who will see to it that Keifer becomes the educated boy he needs to be. He is a very happy go lucky fella, aims to please but is a typical rambunctious teenager.

Each dog's adoption donation varies depending on the age of the dog.
$300 for any dog 1 year and younger (BABY)
$250 for any dog 1-6 years (ADULT)
$150 for dogs over 7 (SENIOR)
All our adoptable dogs are up to date on vaccinations, heartworm testing & monthly preventative and have been spayed or neutered.
Everyone must submit an application before an appointment is made to meet the dogs. Dogs are introduced to prospective adopters BY APPOINTMENT ONLY.
All dogs are fostered in TN unless stated otherwise.
