Here's what the humans have to say about me:
Meet Goose! Goose came into the rescue with a history of behavior problems. She even was adopted once but was returned because of fear of sounds, unknown aggression and out of control behavior. Once back into a foster home it was finally seen why! Goose was having silent seizures that had gone unnoticed for some time. With medication she has shown amazing improvement and is now looking for a family she can call her own. She has lived in a home with cats and runs with other foster dogs. Goose still shows aggression to people at times and will need an experienced owner who will continue to train her and keep her active.
We are waiving the adoption fee of $175.00 and accepting donations of the adopters choice to help our Most Unwanted (those who have been in our program over 3 months) find forever homes. All dogs are spayed/neutered, tested for heartworm and tick borne diseases, microchipped and vaccinated for rabies, distemper/parvo and bordetella. They are also treated for internal and external parasites if needed. Many dogs also receive extensive medical care such as surgeries and dentals.
