My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Coco is a red/white mixed breed bundle of canine love that we believe to be about 2 years old. She was found living under a bush in TN and CPR rescued this pregnant mama. She had her puppies, nursed & weaned them and is now living in a warm and loving foster home in CT. She is enjoying couch time with her two foster puppy sisters. She also has two foster cats but doesn't give them the time of day. Really, she just likes to snuggle on a soft dog bed, couch or bed and preferably next to a warm body (Human or canine!). She is good with kids and enjoys a more calm household. She is a little shy especially around men but does warm up. This is done best on a nice cushy couch! She gives lots of kisses and LOVES long walks on leash. She is super well behaved on leash! This pretty mama comes fully house trained and doesn't complain when crated when her foster parents have to go out. She is a big fan of the "treat" and will listen even better when said treat is in close proximity to her!

This dog will be ready to leave our care in time for our Triple Header event weekend! CPR will be with North Shore Animal League at Petland in Southbury, CT on Friday, December 19th from 2pm-6pm. CPR will be at Petsmart in Meridan, CT this Saturday, December 20th from 10am-2pm. Lastly, CPR will be hosting an open house at their adoption center in Southbury, CT Sunday, December 21st from 10:30am-1:30pm. PRE-APPROVAL is REQUIRED to bring home a pup from Sunday's event. If you are not pre-approved then you are still welcome to come and meet pups at the events. You can apply while you are there, but the application will not be processed same day. Come meet our pups and find your forever friend!

For non-MA adopters, the adoption fee is $375 if your adoption is prepaid prior to your pup's arrival. An additional $50 will be charged on puppies that are picked up from our Southbury CT adoption center, adopted at an event or foster home. This additional fee is necessary in order to comply with CT HB 5368.
If you are a MA resident, your new family member is required to go through a mandatory 48 hour quarantine period at our Woburn MA isolation facility. Your new family member will be dropped off by our transport on Thursday and will be ready for you to pick him/her up on Saturday between noon and 2pm. An additional $75 fee will be added for puppies picked up from our Woburn MA quarantine facility. This additional fee is necessary in order to comply with MA Order 405-CD-12 and Order 1-AHO-05. MA residents are no longer allowed to adopt from our adoption center or our adoption events due to MA regs. All MA adoptions must be finalized prior to the puppy leaving our care in TN.
