What a perfect little pup our little Mya is. Mya is a collie mix that is only about 3 years old and she would just love a great home of her own. Mya came to us from our Newark facility after being picked up as a stray. It's hard to imagine this petite princess out on the city streets, all alone, and we are so glad she is safe now. Mya gets along so good with dogs so she was paired up with Journey, a young hound mix, and the two have become great friends. They would even be perfectly happy being adopted together, but they certainly do not need to be. Mya is outgoing and super friendly, and as soon as you go to meet her, she stands on her hind legs to lean against your knees and introduce herself. She rarely meets anyone she doesn't like and she is so happy to get attention and just spend time with you. Mya is very well behaved and walks like a perfect little princess on a leash. She sits nicely when asked and is very delicate about taking treats from you. She's interested in toys but more interested in people. Mya is great with most dogs and people of all ages, and she would be so happy to be the newest family member in any loving, caring home. File#24082 10/30/14
