He is quiet, affectionate and just wants to feel loved. Sammy is around 10 months old at 47 pounds, good with other dogs his size, people and kids. He loves to run, play and enjoys belly rubs. He is good on a leash and will walk close to you, extremely gentle and well mannered. He is good indoors and will not jump on furniture, house trained and does well in a crate too. Why Adoption is a Great Option

Sammy, a Huntsville Labrador Retriever/Great Pyrenees dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Labrador Retriever/Great Pyrenees for sale in Huntsville, or seeking a Labrador Retriever/Great Pyrenees dog from a breeder in Huntsville.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Huntsville already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Huntsville breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Labrador Retriever/Great Pyrenees breeders who help with Labrador Retriever/Great Pyrenees rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Huntsville paves the way for another one to be saved.
