Jerry's Story...
Jerry and his brother Tom are easy going brothers and were recently rescued from a shelter. They are very friendly, will put their heads in your hands and roll over for pets. Tom and Jerry are still kitten like being only 11 months old and love to bat around small balls and carry them in their mouths. Will do well with another cat or well-mannered dog. Won't you give these super boys a forever home so they won't be abandoned again? They would love to stay together if possible.

Jerry is a such a beautiful and sweet boy. He will make a great pal! Please come see him and the other cats that are available and looking for their forever homes. Adoptions are held every Saturday from 12-4, and the first and third Sundays each month 1-4.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Jerry, a Irvine Domestic Shorthair cat was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Domestic Shorthair for sale in Irvine, or seeking a Domestic Shorthair cat from a breeder in Irvine.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Irvine already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Irvine breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Domestic Shorthair breeders who help with Domestic Shorthair rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Irvine paves the way for another one to be saved.
