My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Hippo is a 3-4 year old, 40 lb pittie who looks like a miniature hippo, hence the name! He is so sweet and cheerful, and his tail never stops wagging! He plays well with other dogs and is okay with cats.

His foster mom can walk him with just 2 fingers on the leash. When he "hops up" he is as gentle as having a cat on your lap.

Hippo has made good progress in his housebreaking, and is working on crate training too. If you've always wanted a miniature hippo of your own, maybe he is the boy for you!
