Zero's Story...
Isn't this guy CUTE?? Zero is a sweet-as-can-be kitten in need of his fur-ever home. He is still developing his own loving personality! He is full of playful kitten energy and spends a good amount of his time pouncing on laser dots, batting around fuzzy toys, and chasing after the feather wand. It's too cute to watch him play! He likes to run around and explore new environments and climb up and down tall cat trees. He is quite affectionate and typically starts purring the moment you enter the room! He'll also purr for hours once you start giving him head scratches and brief belly rubs. Zero does well with other cats and kids of any age and wouldn't mind having a companion to play around and burn his energy with! He is microchipped, up-to-date on his vaccinations, and neutered as well. If you're looking for a precious kitten to add to your family, Zero might be the one for you! He's available at our Waggin' Tails Adoption Center in Benbrook so come meet him today! We're open daily from 12-6.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Zero, a Benbrook Domestic Shorthair kitten was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Domestic Shorthair for sale in Benbrook, or seeking a Domestic Shorthair kitten from a breeder in Benbrook.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Benbrook already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Benbrook breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Domestic Shorthair breeders who help with Domestic Shorthair rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Benbrook paves the way for another one to be saved.
