Pinky Pie's Story...

Pinky Pie was discarded at the shelter with a belly full of pups. Thankfully Pinky was rescued by Lovebugs Rescue and she birthed her 7 puppies in a warm foster home. Pinky has been a great mama, but is ready to find a family of her own now that her pups have been weaned. Pinky is an all around great gal, loves everyone she meets, gets along with other dogs and is in a foster home with young children.

Pinky Pie is 1 year old and weighs about 15 lbs. Her adoption fee is $300 and includes her spay, registered microchip, vaccines up to date and deworming.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Pinky Pie, a Irvine Havanese/Maltese dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Havanese/Maltese for sale in Irvine, or seeking a Havanese/Maltese dog from a breeder in Irvine.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Irvine already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Irvine breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Havanese/Maltese breeders who help with Havanese/Maltese rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Irvine paves the way for another one to be saved.
