My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

This cute boy is Mattimeo, or Matti for short. He almost ended up as snake food when he was 6 weeks old, but the snake wouldn't eat him (probably because he was too sweet!) and he ended up feeling well-loved and cared for in a new home instead. Now he has his whole life ahead of him! Sadly, his temp rescue home is full of only rat girls and he has no rat buddies to keep him company. He would like to find his forever home soon and make some new friends, human and rat alike!

Matti is very mild-mannered and is definitely not a biter. He is quite healthy and not a single sneeze has been heard from his cute nose since he arrived. It has been roughly two months since his rescue, so he is is currently between 3-4 months old. Matti loves peas, gazing pensively out the window and building elaborate beds. He wants desperately to snuggle, even though his early-life ordeal was very scary and he sometimes gets nervous. He is an angel about bathtime.
