If it says a dog isn't available until a certain time, they really aren't. There is no way to speed up the process of quarantine/vetting/foster etc. Sammy should be ready early March.

Hi, I am Sammy and I am 8 years old. I weigh about 15 pounds. I am a very sweet energetic little boy. I get along great with children (currently living with a 4 year old) and love to follow them around to see what they are doing, and I like other dogs too. After greeting them I just kind of ignore them and am off and on my own adventures. I am a very curious and will constantly be checking out things and following you all around to make sure you are not doing anything that may need my help! Now if by chance you should sit down and perhaps have a blanket handy, my favorite thing is to lay in your lap on that blanket !! I love cuddles and will make a cute funny face for you when you give me scratches. Walks are awesome and I will go as many times as you will take me and I promise to be good on the leash too. Inside the house I do wear a bellyband as to prevent accidents and I sure don’t mind one bit putting it on. I do enjoy my crate to sleep in at night, and for those times you may want to go shopping or to work. My foster mom says that she thinks I may be part Snoopy because laying on the back of the couch watching out a window is fast becoming a fun thing !
