Here's what the humans have to say about me:
Rosie is a high-energy, three-year-old, ten-pound, spirited and active, female Norfolk Terrier-mix looking for a loving guardian.
We don’t know what Rosie’s original life was like, but she is nervous and shy around new people at first. Once she feels safe, she absolutely blossoms and wants to be your friend for life.
Rosie is quite the athlete; she’s very fast and runs like crazy in a fenced-in yard. She loves a fenced in yard and prefers that to going on leashed walks.
Because Rosie is an escape artist when you first open the door, she is best in a quiet home with adults and teenagers who can keep an eye on her. She is all tiny terrier, so she is looking for a family that has experience with the breed to keep her out of trouble.
Rosie is crate-trained and house-trained and looking for a family that will take her to training classes to help her conquer her nervous barking and overall help her continue her education.
Rosie is very healthy, spayed, up-to-date on vaccines, micro-chipped, heartworm-tested and on monthly preventative. To meet and possibly adopt her, please contact Maria at mltherese@gmail.com or 847-867-8457. Her adoption fee of $250 benefits the Rescue Tails Animal Welfare. She is being fostered in Lincolnwood, Illinois.
