My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Sweet Honeypot gets her motor running as she shows off her expert purring skills in this video http://youtu.be/Tc64GJaf0Wg. Honeypot was abandoned when her owners moved away and left her behind. A nice neighbor built an outdoor shelter for her and started feeding her while calling rescues for help. It tooks months for her to find Paws for Life Rescue, whose volunteers drove three hours round-trip to rescue Honeypot. And what a great save it is. Honeypot is sweet, friendly and affectionate. She is a quiet girl who loves being petted and having her head scratched. She uses a litterbox and loves the cat cubbies where she can watch the world out the window from the safety and comfort of indoors. Honeypot is looking for a home of her own. She is a wonderful, loving companion who deserves only the best. Adoption fee: $60. Adopt a pair: $90. Fee includes testing, deworming, vaccinations, spay/neuter, microchip and 30 days of free pet insurance.

    Adoption and Foster Care Application

    Adoption Process:
Complete the application at www.pawsforliferescue.org. We then arrange a location, date and time for you to meet some pets. If the meeting goes well and everyone is happy, you begin the mandatory, minimum two-week adjustment period with the pet as part of your family. You will pay the non-refundable adoption fee at the start of the two-week adjustment period. This pending period allows your new dog or cat time to adjust to their new home, new people, new routine, etc., and for you to decide if it's a match and the right pet for you. At the end of two weeks (some people extend the adjustment time as needed and that's fine too), if everyone is happy, then we finalize the adoption. Feel free to email if you have any questions.
