This completely adorable long haired dachshund is Sidney, and 8 month old boy that would just a fantastic family of his own. Sidney had a home and family once, but was turned in to our Newark facility because the owner was not allowed pets. He hopped on the van and headed down to us at Popcorn Park, and we're happy to have this lively and happy little guy. Sidney is quite silly and puppyish, and is just thrilled to run, play, and be a little goofball. He tends to be a little nippy with other dogs and cats and while he could most likely live with one, he will need time to learn to play politely with them. Sidney absolutely loves people and is very playful, friendly and outgoing. Within seconds of meeting you, he flops on his back for a belly rub, and he bonds with people very easily. Sidney will need basic puppy training but he is a fast learner and eager to get a great family of his own, so give him a chance and he will love you forever. File#24335 1/29/15
