Niblet's Story...
Look at this GORGEOUS girl! Niblet is a beautiful 3 year old chocolate and cream kitty needing her fur-ever home. She is an incredibly sweet girl but takes some time to adjust to new people and her surroundings. She will need a family that is patient enough to go slow and give her all of the time that she needs. Once she has gotten to know you, she will show you just how loving and affectionate she can be. She adores receiving head and chin scratches. Niblet loves cat treats and wet food seems to be her favorite, being seemingly willing to do anything for it! She enjoys relaxing in a plush cat bed, hanging out on the cat tree, and daydreaming as she looks out the window. She doesn't seem to enjoy the company of other cats so she might prefer to be the only one, or at least have some room to herself. This precious girl is microchipped, spayed, and current on her vaccinations. She's available at our Waggin' Tails Adoption Center in Benbrook so come visit her today and let her convince you she's the one! We're open daily from 12-6.
***During the month of April you can play our Bargain Beanbag toss game to determine your adoption discount on any adult cat. You could score up to 50% off your adoption fee!!!***

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Niblet, a Benbrook Domestic Shorthair cat was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Domestic Shorthair for sale in Benbrook, or seeking a Domestic Shorthair cat from a breeder in Benbrook.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Benbrook already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Benbrook breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Domestic Shorthair breeders who help with Domestic Shorthair rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Benbrook paves the way for another one to be saved.
