My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Kaster is year and a half old Pointer/terrier mix. He is a small dog of about 10 pounds. He is a very friendly dog and he loves to pick on the other dogs in a playful manner. When he first comes out of his crate, he likes to jump up on you and nip at your fingers to get you to play with him. He has no aggressive nature in him at all, just fun and games. He is a very playful dog and enjoys to play with toys, but not as much as some of our other dogs. Kaster is so full of energy that he needs someone who is willing to work with him on a daily basis. He would make a great walking or hiking companion and a great family pet. He has had some basic training since being here, but could benefit from some more. He could even do well in agility classes. Kaster is here with his brother Pollax, whom he loves dearly. They are very close, and we would love to see them stay together as they are best friends.

Kaster gets along with just about every dog he has met, children, and all adults. We are not sure if he gets along with cats. He is friendly, affectionate, athletic, active, and playful. He is housetrained and he loves toys and any bit of affection he can get. He has had basic training, and he did really well in his class.
