Olive's Story...
Hi, My name is Olive and I am 14 weeks old. My sister (Willow) and I were dumped in a ditch at 8 weeks old. When I was rescued and brought to my new foster home I was scared and very shy. Although, I am more adventurous then my sister. I didn't know what love was, but now I do! I am now friendly, playful, smart and affectionate! I'm like any other puppy and just want a great home and family to grow up with! I am protective and bark when anyone comes to the gate! I would love to stay with my sister, if possible, since we comfort each other and always been together, but if not I can adopted by myself. I will be spayed, microchipped and vax'd in the near future. If you're interested please go to pawspetadoption.org

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Olive, a Woodland Labrador Retriever/Great Pyrenees puppy was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Labrador Retriever/Great Pyrenees for sale in Woodland, or seeking a Labrador Retriever/Great Pyrenees puppy from a breeder in Woodland.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Woodland already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Woodland breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Labrador Retriever/Great Pyrenees breeders who help with Labrador Retriever/Great Pyrenees rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Woodland paves the way for another one to be saved.
