Here's what the humans have to say about me:
What a happy girl.....what sad puppy-dog eyes! Don't be fooled, Pumpkin is certainly not a sad puppy, but her eyes sure do get you. Pumpkin is an 8 month old pit mix puppy that came to us from our Newark facility when she was returned after being adopted out. Although Pumpkin gets along just fine with other dogs, she guarded her food from the other dog in the home, so was returned. Pumpkin is just a puppy and can easily get over this, given the proper training. Pumpkin has no guarding issues at all with people and is happy to share her toys, food, whatever! She absolutely loves people and is very outgoing and personable. She is such a silly girl that is happy to play, flop on her back for a belly rub, and go for a long walk and check out every little thing that she passes by. She is super sweet and her tail just never stops wagging. Pumpkin is well behaved and will sit nicely when asked and also takes treats gently. She doesn't pull while on a leash but needs direction with walking straight and not veering off to chase a leaf blowing by. Pumpkin is such a darling little girl that is eager to start her life with a loving family that will give her the lifetime of happiness that she deserves. File#24465 3/3/15
