Lucas is a majestic cat who has a lot of love to give. He is estimated to be 3-4 yrs. young, weighs about 11 lbs and is cross-eyed which only adds to his charm! He was one of several cats who were caught in humane traps. While he was dirty and matted, it quickly became obvious that he was not feral and brought to a local shelter where he waited for an adopter or rescue to give him a better life. Lucas craves attention and will follow you around like a dog. He also demands a lot of lap time and you must have the type of schedule/life style to comply. This gentle, cuddly teddy bear of a cat rubs, purrs, kneads & rolls over for attention. He will need some regular brushing to keep his coat from matting. He gets along with other cats (and likely would be fine with a dog, too) and is seeking a home where he'll have a welcoming feline companion in addition to a caring human(s).
