Hi! I am Zoey and I am a 4 month old female Collie mix. Can you image that my family didn’t want me so they were going to drop me off out in the countryside of Georgia because the local animal shelter doesn’t take owner drop offs. Lucky for me someone contacted rescue and they saved me. My Rescue Lady says that I am playful, affectionate and submissive. She also says that I am so sweet that all the other dogs gravitate toward me. I am very social so I would be best with another dog. As I am a young pup I need lots of exercise so I would be best with a fenced in yard OR with a family that is committed to my exercise needs. I am good with adults both male and female. I am crate trained too.
We will be taking a long trip from Georgia to Connecticut soon to meet lots of wonderful folks at something called an Adoption Event

Zoey will be coming to our April Event at the Durham Fair Grounds - Cow Palace - Town House Road - Durham, CT. April 11th & 12th from 10am - 4pm.
