Here's what the humans have to say about me:
Woof, woof! My name is Brody and I am a 9 week old beagle-mix pup that came from a home in West Virginia that was filled with too many dogs. Unfortunately, the person who owned the dogs was unable to keep them, so they all had to find another place to live. Lots of people worked very hard to connect with Beagle Rescue Groups that were willing to rescue the dogs and find them new homes. In January, Penny Angels agreed to take several beagles from that home, and my mom (Mrs. Brown) was one of them. The day before she was set to travel to NJ, my mom gave birth to her pups.... I guess we just couldn’t wait! We all traveled together to NJ as planned and have been with Penny Angels the whole time. We love each other and enjoy playing together, but now that we are getting older, we have to start looking for our new homes.
I am one of the bigger puppies in the family and weigh 9 lbs. now, but will probably weigh about 40-45 lbs. when I am full grown. My mom is an 18 lb. beagle mix, but I never met my daddy, so I don’t know anything about him. I was just neutered this week and am an adorable boy! I will need some help with house training and learning all the new rules, so make sure you have some patience for that kind of stuff! I want my new home to be my forever home, so please only adopt me if you are willing to make a lifetime commitment to my care. I will give you many years of love, laughter, tail wags, and beagle kisses in return! I will be at Petsmart in Mays Landing, NJ on Saturday from 11- 3 pm if you want to meet me.
