Important Note

Fagin is best friends with Thistle. Please adopt both of them so they can stay together!
Fagin, 12, is a green-eyed, short-haired black male who can best be described as a “big lug” full of love once you get to know him. Fagin and Thistle are bonded brothers who rely on each other for affection and comfort. Both brothers are a little shy and need time to adapt. They are a duo who know how to pull at your heartstrings and who need to be adopted together.

About Peninsula Friends of Animals

About Our Shelter...

Peninsula Friends of Animals is a cageless, no-kill, non profit animal welfare group serving the community since 2000. Our mission is to prevent the birth of unwanted cats and dogs through progressive spay/neuter and educational programs, and to place as many homeless, neglected or abused animals as possible in safe, loving, permanent homes.

Our Adoption Process...

Prospective adopters meet with our Shelter Manager to determine an appropriate match for our animals. The adopters sign an adoption contract that identifies the condition of the animal, approximate age, any health issues, and conditions of adoption (e.g. indoor only, no declawing, etc). Adoption fee is $85.00.

PFOA prefers to adopt to homes on the North Olympic Peninsula, but we do make (lots of) exceptions. Please call (360) 452-0414 to learn more about this kitty. A staff member will return your call.

All PFOA animals are vet-checked, current on vaccinations, spayed or neutered, microchipped, and combo tested for FIV / FeLV.
