Here's what the humans have to say about me:
Skye is a 1 year old terrier mix who weighs 13 lbs. She is such a cutie pie. She likes to play peek a boo with her paws and has the most amazing dark, kind eyes. She was a staff favorite at the shelter. Although she is super shy she is longing to be somebody’s little girl and really wants her own person. She is a smiler and when she is the center of attention she will show you her pearly whites and be in heaven. She is mellow and gentle. She is housetrained when she has access to the outdoors. She’s not a barker and not aggressive. Sky has low energy. She is curious, playful, a little fearful at first but warms up quickly. She does shed a little. When she is afraid she settles herself down by taking her toys and treats into her crate. She sheds a little but that can be managed. She has a little separation anxiety at night if she is alone but is fine when there is another dog in the room with her. She looks to other dogs for cues and will usually go to do her business after she has seen another dog do it and will go in the same spot! She thrives around other dogs and we do recommend her for a home with at least one other dog. She is smart, well-behaved and eager to learn.
