Here's what the humans have to say about me:
These bubbly brothers are Bear and Peanut, two lab/shepherd brothers that would love a great home of their own. The boys had a home, but they were turned in to us because their skin conditions were causing allergies for a child in the household. Bear (all brown) and Peanut (mostly yellow) are a little over a year old and couldn't be happier to be getting the good care and medical attention that they need. Both boys are extremely thin, and both have demodex mange, which we are now treating. We expect them to make a full recovery from the mange, and they're both eating well so they'll be putting weight on soon as well. Even in the neglected condition that they are in, the boys just couldn't be any nicer. Peanut mushes all over you as soon as he meets you while Bear takes a minute to check you out, then whines with excitement when he realizes you're okay. The boys are young, active and silly, and would love a home with a nice yard to romp and roam in. Bear and Peanut are very excitable, but they sit instantly when asked and walk like perfect gentlemen on a leash. They seem to like other dogs and love people of all ages. Since the boys are quite bonded with one another, we will be looking for a home where they can stay together forever. File#24558 and 24559 3/25/15
