Hello! My name is Diamond Girl and I am an 8 month old, 20 lb. beagle-mix that needs to find yet another place to live. My first owners had too many dogs and decided to surrender me to a shelter in Kentucky. A noisy shelter is no place for a young dog, or ANY dog, for that matter! Penny Angels rescued me from the shelter and recently found another home for me. Unfortunately, things didn’t work out for me there, so now I am back in Rescue and ready to start my home-search all over again.
I am a little shy when I first meet people, but I DO warm up to them. I get along with most dogs, but wouldn’t mind being the only doggie ‘love’ of your life. I like to play with toys and will make a good snuggle partner on the couch with you. I walk well on a leash and enjoy exploring my surroundings, especially with all the incredible outdoor scents at the tip of my nose. I am an angel during car rides and will keep you company when you are on the road.
I know that my forever family is out there, just waiting to welcome me into their home. Could YOUR family become MY new family? Are you ready to make a lifetime commitment to me?
