It's pretty impossible not to fall in love with Picasso! Found abandoned in a home with eight other Chihuahuas, including his siblings, Mona Lisa and Davinci, Picasso was brought into the shelter in an effort to find him rescue. Lucky for us, he's now a Ruff Start pup! At approximately 10 weeks and 4lbs. this confident little guy loves playing with other dogs but is just as content to curl up for a nap with his foster family. Picasso is a champ at sleeping through the night in his crate and he's making huge strides in the potty pad training department.
