SAGE's Info...

I am already spayed, up to date with shots, good with kids, good with dogs, and good with cats.

SAGE's Story...
MEET SAGE! She was rescued along with her sister, Clover, from southeast Missouri after being found as stray pups who had been dumped in the country to fend for themselves. They are 11 wks old as of 4/28 and already 20 lbs. So they are going to be big girls when full grown! Our best guess is Lab mixes; we cannot be entirely certain since we don't know who parents are.

Sage & Clover will arrive to Dolly's Legacy on May 2nd, then will be spayed, microchipped & any additional vaccinations needed will also be given. Adoption fee is $350. For adoption guidelines and to submit an application, please go to this link: http://dollyslegacyanimalrescue.org/adopt/ We are 100% volunteers & will generally reply within 3 days of application submission. PLEASE be sure to answer all questions completely or it will delay processing, be sure to include vet phone#. If you have any questions please email DollysLegacy@aol.com. Why Adoption is a Great Option

SAGE, a Lincoln Labrador Retriever puppy was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Labrador Retriever for sale in Lincoln, or seeking a Labrador Retriever puppy from a breeder in Lincoln.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Lincoln already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Lincoln breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Labrador Retriever breeders who help with Labrador Retriever rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Lincoln paves the way for another one to be saved.
