Bruiser's Story...
Bruiser is a 10 month old Border Collie mix. His owners have both gone back to work and he is at home for 10-11 hours a day. He is a great dog but needs to be in a home where he has humans around more and can spend time with him. He does well with other dogs and loves kids. He is playful and loves to learn. He knows lots of commands cause he is very smart.
If you can give him a good home please email us at adoptions@nwkare and request an application. Please tell us about your family.
His adoption fee is $200.00
Because home visits are required we do not adopt out of WA state.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Bruiser, a Silverdale Border Collie dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Border Collie for sale in Silverdale, or seeking a Border Collie dog from a breeder in Silverdale.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Silverdale already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Silverdale breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Border Collie breeders who help with Border Collie rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Silverdale paves the way for another one to be saved.
