Penny was left tied to a fence at a vet office. She is about 7 months old according to the vet.

She is very sweet and hopes to find a forever home REALLY soon.

We just found out she is deaf, , she MUST have a fence, another dog and we will not adopt to renters or anyone out of the state due to her special needs.
