Dempsey's Story...
Hello my name is Dempsey. I am looking for my perfect family. Let me tell you a little about myself.
It is said that my mom was a shepherd/mountain cur mix and the only information we have of my dad is that he is a small breed. I am the mother duckling of the pack and like to watch out for my brothers and sisters. I am very active and I love to play outside. I do enjoy people and lots of scratches, I’m a bit sassy but in the best way possible. I also love people and other animals and would make a great addition to any family!
Dempsey adoption donation is $250 and includes spay/neuter, up to date vaccinations, Avid microchip & deworming. Dempsey is being fostered in St Louis Missouri but transportation to the New England area is available thru ALPHA DOG TRANSPORT for an additional $140. Transportation to the Chicago area available on a limited basis for $125.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Dempsey, a ST LOUIS Shepherd (Unknown Type)/Mountain Cur puppy was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Shepherd (Unknown Type)/Mountain Cur for sale in ST LOUIS, or seeking a Shepherd (Unknown Type)/Mountain Cur puppy from a breeder in ST LOUIS.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in ST LOUIS already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a ST LOUIS breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Shepherd (Unknown Type)/Mountain Cur breeders who help with Shepherd (Unknown Type)/Mountain Cur rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in ST LOUIS paves the way for another one to be saved.
