My name is Marigold. I am an 8 year old Bichon and I weigh 18 pounds. I was homeless and wandering the streets in Indianapolis when a kind person found me and I now live in a wonderful foster home through Small Paws Rescue.
I am such a happy girl and love every creature I meet! There are older children, dogs and cats in my foster home and I get along great with everyone. I am blind in my right eye from a cataract, but that doesn't slow me down one bit! I greet each new day with enthusiasm and love to run and play with toys. I even do the Bichon wave with my front paws when it's time to eat!
My favorite place to be is snuggled up next to my humans on the couch. I love to stand beside my foster mom and just stare deep into her eyes--she thinks it's my way of saying "thank you" because I'm so happy to be inside with a family to love me and take care of me. I still act like a puppy! Marigold is has recently had a dental cleaning, is up to date on shots, spayed, heartworm negative and currently on heartworm preventative. Children need to be at least 10. This Bichon will need another dog in the home or someone that is home most of the time.
Marigold is being fostered in Louisville, Kentucky.
