MVP Kenna is one of our nine "fire" puppies. She, her siblings and her momma, MVP Ember, were taken in after the owners found out Ember had an accidental litter and didn't know what to do. Kenna has grown into a very smart, happy, active girl. She is VERY smart and picks up on commands very quickly. She is a good girl and will do well in any home, including ones with kids, cats, and other dogs. In fact, she LOVES her crate and LOVES cats...seriously, we cannot make this up.
We send our puppies out to their foster homes in pairs to continue proper dog etiquette and socialization on top of what their foster families provide. They are learning all about crate training, leash skills and basic manners, including sit. They are on a great potty training schedule, but expect accidents as they adjust to yours. These puppies are still pretty young, born in late Feb/early Mar and it will be on the new family to continue the training and socialization we have started.
Kenna's adoption fee is $250. All MVPC dogs are heart worm tested, completely vetted, spayed/neutered, microchipped, crate trained and on a great potty training schedule. ALL inquiries begin with a submitted adoption application, which is found on our website, www.miamivalleypitcrew.com. We do not adopt to individuals under the age of 25 except on a case by case basis. Because we are volunteer based and a home visit is required, we have a two hour adoption radius from Kettering, OH for our adult dogs and 75 miles for our puppies. Exceptions, though rare, may be made on a case by case basis but we must be able to do a home visit. Thank you for your understanding!
