Here's what the humans have to say about me:
Hello World!
My name is Whitney and I am a darling and delicate little bichon girl who is six months young and weighs only nine pounds. My foster family says good things come in small packages – and I’m a VERY good thing!
I love to be held and carried – and am a master at snuggling against your body and melting into your arms. I’m also AMAZINGLY smart and want to please. As young as I am, I’m already a great problem solver. Mom says that’s quite a compliment. (Thanks Mom!)
If you call my name I come running and I’ve already learned some commands. I really LOVE people and greet every visitor with a happy smile and a tail wag (and win them over in seconds.)
My favorite toy is a little stuffed monkey, He’s my special friend. My other special friend is my doggy foster brother, I’m doing my best to teach him how to play. (He used to know but has forgotten a bit.) So I run and jump and do my best to engage him. Sometimes it really works!
Mom says that I’m a good listener, a great snuggler and a VERY loveable little girl! Dad says I am as ‘cute as a bug in a rug.’ I don’t know what that means but I think it’s a good thing.
Did I mention that I love to play? Yes indeed, I do! I also love to jump into your lap, give you sweet kisses and stay there to be petted (and maybe even catch a few winks.) Mom says I’m a pretty feminine little girl who is beautiful, sweet, kind and calm. (She says that’s an amazing combination!)
Because I am still quite young, I am learning all kinds of things every day! Why I’ve learned to enjoy riding in the car, going for walks, sitting in laps and I’m housebroken! Mom says I’m eager to please and smart – so it doesn’t take me long to do everything just right.
I’m good with children and enjoy other dogs my own size. Mom says that only the most special family will be right for me – and she knows that there is one out there that is waiting for a darling little bichon girl.
So, if you are looking for a little love bug to share your home and lap, have another young furkid who wants a buddy, please complete an application and ask for me. I’ll be waiting to meet you.
Tails wags and cuddles,
Winsome and Wonderful Whitney
