My story

Hello! My name is Holly and I am an adorable 2 yr. old, 20 lb. female beagle that was found as a stray in NJ and rescued by Penny Angels. I was a scared, little girl when I arrived at Penny Angels, and still get easily frightened, but I AM making progress in Rescue. I don’t know what happened in my past that caused me to have trust issues with people. I would do best in a home without small children; they just move too fast and would easily startle me. I would also prefer to have another doggie friend in my new home to keep me company and help me feel safe. I am a sweet girl that just needs to find a patient person or family willing to love me and give me the extra time I need to learn to trust people again.
