Meet Finn, 10 pounds of sweetness. He came into rescue after being left in a parking lot in North Dakota. He was filthy and his hair was matted, but his foster parents cleaned him well and now he is a beautiful boy! The veterinarian thinks he is around five years old. Finn doesn’t play much, but he loves people and particularly enjoys sitting on your lap or just staying near to keep you company. He becomes easily attached to people and will quietly follow you around the house. He is most happy when he receives any kind of attention; he probably wasn’t given much before and he is thriving on it now.
Finn is a smart little boy and is doing well with house training. He will go to the door to tell you when he wants to go outside. Because he yearns so much for companionship, he would do best in a quiet home where someone is home with him most of the day. No small children please, but older respectful children would be okay.
Finn is healthy, neutered, current on vaccinations, had a dental, is microchipped and is on heartworm and flea/tick preventative. His adoption fee is $270.00 plus $19.64 sales tax for a total of $289.64. His foster parents would like his adopters to live within a reasonable driving distance of the Twin Cities and would also like them to attend the Shih Tzu Rescue Reunion held each year.
