Quincy is an adorable long coat Chihuahua that was rescued from the shelter. Quincy was thought to have a heart murmur, but it turns out he has a Patent Ductus Arteriosis (PDA) which is a very correctable heart defect. We are in the process of raising funds for Quicny's surgery as it will cost around $4,000. We are hoping to get him into surgery by early August. The surgery has a high success rate and Quincy will go on to live a normal doggie life! Quincy's adoption fee is $250, and includes his neuter, registered microchip, vaccines up to date and deworming. Quincy weighs 5 lbs and is about 7 yrs old.
