This adorable little guy is Foster, a 4 year old shih tzu that will be your best friend for life if you give him a great home. Foster came to us from our Newark facility when he was picked up as a stray. Foster was a bit messy and neglected when he was picked up, so the good people at our Newark facility got him all cleaned up and spiffy, then sent him down to us at Popcorn Park to find a new home where he'll never be neglected again. Foster is a ridiculously sweet, friendly, outgoing little guy that is always happy to meet new people. He makes friends very easily and will leap into your arms after only knowing you for a few minutes. Foster is very playful too, and loves to let loose in our exercise yard and run like the wind. He is not one to be a couch potato and would love an active home where he can play like the happy little pup that he is. Foster is very well behaved and polite, and he doesn't seem to mind other well behaved dogs either. He would be overjoyed if you gave Foster the lifetime of happiness that he deserves.
