This handsome little guy is Guinness, a 7 year old shiba inu that is hoping for a wonderful home with a family to love him. Guinness came to us from our Newark facility after he was surrendered by his family who was moving, and couldn't take him along. Guinness misses being in a home, but he is putting on a brave face and hoping to get noticed quickly. Guinness is quiet and easy going, and a little on the shy side. He takes his time to get to know you but after a few minutes of checking you out, he'll give you the play-bow and scamper over to you for some attention. Guinness is very well behaved and polite, and is the perfect gentleman with walking on a leash and taking treats. He gets along just fine with most dogs but they will need to be a bit calmer, as Guinness has a heart murmur. He will also need a quieter home without a lot of commotion. He would love to be an excellent lap dog and a wonderful companion to take leisurely strolls with. Guinness is ready to meet his special someone who will give him the happy home that he's dreaming of. File#25127 7/17/15
