Here's what the humans have to say about me:
This sweet lovable lady had to be re-homed because the toddler was making her very nervous to the point she had nipped at him several times. The family had to make a heartbreaking decision. After owning Daisy since she was a puppy and loving her dearly, but knowing the safety of a child always comes first, they chose us to find her the perfect home to live out the rest of her life. Although she is 9 years old, she is super loving and very playful. She loves to fetch and spend time outdoors. She is house trained and will do fine with older children. She would prefer to be the only dog in the home but she was previously in a home with a large dog and was doing fine. She loves, loves loves to visit people. She is such a happy, silly playful girl. You would never know she is 9 years old. She has been extremely well care for her entire life and her previous family wants to make sure she can find the perfect home to live out the rest of her life with the same love and comforts she has always known.
This pup has received at least 2 sets of Distemper/Parvo vaccines, 1 Bordetella vaccine. It has been wormed at least twice and has been spayed/neutered. It is currently on Flea/tick prevention and Heartworm prevention. If the pup is over 6 months of age it has also been tested for Heartworms. If the pup tested positive for heartworms, we treat them before they leave for their forever homes. Please email Jennifer at jenniferjmcbride@aol.com for an adoption application or if you have questions about this pup. This pup’s adoption fee is $350 which covers all the vetting mentioned above plus the extra vet visit and Interstate Health Certificate required for the pup to travel and the transport fee charged by the transport company that will transport this adopted pup from the South to his/her forever home in the North. We use a few different transport companies to help accommodate our adopters. Please feel free to check out their websites to familiarize yourself with their meeting locations to see if one company suits you better.
