Peaches's Story...
Hi, I'm Peaches! I am as sweet as a peach pie and you will absolutely fall in love with me and want more once you get to know me, as I can be a bit timid at first. I came to Maxfund a few years ago, as my owner couldn't keep me anymore because of a disability they had. I love to lay in your lap and snuggle up to you to take a nap. I also love the sunshine, because that's what peaches need to thrive and grow!

I won't scratch your furniture or anything as I am completely declawed on all four of my little white feet. I am not so sure about the other cats here in the shelter, because sometimes they pick on me a bit. I also don't know too much about dogs, as I have never lived with one before. So it might be safe to say that I should be the only fuzzy peach in your life, but that doesn't mean that with slow integration I couldn't get along with other animals in my new home.

I am waiting for my fur-ever family to come and gobble me up soon, as I probably won't last long, because everyone loves sugary sweet delicious Peaches! (nom, nom)

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Peaches, a Denver Domestic Mediumhair cat was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Domestic Mediumhair for sale in Denver, or seeking a Domestic Mediumhair cat from a breeder in Denver.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Denver already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Denver breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Domestic Mediumhair breeders who help with Domestic Mediumhair rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Denver paves the way for another one to be saved.
