Lola (Spayed)'s Story...
"Lola" is a beautiful one-year old female American Staffordshire Terrier mix who was surrendered by her owner on July 17, 2015. "Lola" has a stunning brown/brindle coat with bronze highlights, a white blaze on her chest, a long tail, and a serene-looking face with expressive brown eyes and short semi-erect ears. This gorgeous girl posed "like a showgirl' when she had her glamour photos taken as though she were auditioning for 'Dog Fancy Magazine' (rather than the Copacabana) :) She had just arrived at the shelter shortly before her photo session and was being treated to some extra TLC by our shelter manager (Scott Little) to make her feel especially welcome .. and she loved his attention :) "Lola" weighs 58.4 lbs. She was spayed on July 31, 2015 and was also given rabies vaccine.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Lola (Spayed), a Marietta American Staffordshire Terrier dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a American Staffordshire Terrier for sale in Marietta, or seeking a American Staffordshire Terrier dog from a breeder in Marietta.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Marietta already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Marietta breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even American Staffordshire Terrier breeders who help with American Staffordshire Terrier rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Marietta paves the way for another one to be saved.
