Here's what the humans have to say about me:
Our beautiful friend Rosa is on the mend and ready to meet some new people. This lovely lady with the very sad eyes is about 6 years old and had such a tough life before coming to us. It seems she was tied up in a yard where her ears were being eaten by flies, and used for breeding. Her canines have been filed down and she was extremely thin and neglected upon arrival, but with lots of TLC, Rosa is feeling great now and ready for a fresh start in life. Although Rosa looks very sad, she is so happy to meet new people and go out for a walk and get some attention. Her tail goes a mile a minute when you give her some attention and she practically melts when you pet her, as if she has not been treated kindly in a long time. Rosa has a very sweet, calm disposition and it doesn't take much to make her happy. She is well behaved, walks well on a leash, and even enjoys getting pampered during spa days. Rosa doesn't react much to other dogs and she would make a wonderful addition to any loving family that will give her the wonderful life that she deserves and never let any harm come to her again.
