Milly's Story...
Pretty Milly!

Milly and her five kittens were rescued from a rural shelter when the babies were two weeks old. She was a wonderful mum and took in an extra kitten. She nursed and mothered all six kittens. Her kittens have all found their forever home now it is Milly's time for a forever lap to curl up on.

She is very cuddly and sweet. She does give love bites when she gets a bit over stimulated so may not be good with small children. Milly's playful side is in full bloom. She runs and plays with her cat friends in her Foster home and then nuzzles up to her Foster mum for cuddle time. Milly is just a delight. She had some mats shaved from her sides when she was spayed. Once her fur grows back she will be even more stunning with her jet black coat and emerald colored eyes.

Milly will be a wonderful addition to almost any home. .. Maybe yours!

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Milly, a Oakville Domestic Mediumhair cat was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Domestic Mediumhair for sale in Oakville, or seeking a Domestic Mediumhair cat from a breeder in Oakville.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Oakville already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Oakville breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Domestic Mediumhair breeders who help with Domestic Mediumhair rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Oakville paves the way for another one to be saved.
