Rescue FAQs
We are an all volunteer rescue group working to save and improve the lives of homeless cats in danger of death, starvation and disease. We aim to educate the public about cats in their homes and neighbourhoods. Some may be surrendered by families who can no longer care for them for various reasons.
We are a non-profit, volunteer run, charitable organization based in the Greater Toronto and Hamilton Area.
Adoption steps
- Visit the Facility and Find a PetCats and kittens are available in Adoption Centers and on the rescue website
- Submit ApplicationAdoption Applications are available on the rescue website
- InterviewThis could be in person or by phone.
- Meet the PetA meeting will be set up in an Adoption Center or Foster home.
- Sign Adoption ContractAn Adoption Agreement is completed after successful meetings. The adoption fee is paid.
- Take the Pet HomeThe cat or kitten goes home with their new family. A carrier is required.
Additional adoption info
Our adult cats are available for adoption for $300, kittens $325. Please complete an Adoption Application available on the website. A volunteer will let you know if the cat or kitten is a good match with your family and answer any questions that you have.
