Here's what the humans have to say about me:
Meet Mokatika
This pretty girl has an unusual name & unusual, distinctive mackeral tabby markings of brown & black. All of Mokatika’s litter got their coffee related names from that rich brown & their unusual brownish amber eyes that are just beautiful. She was born in late March, 2015, so she is quite playful & active. She plays very well with her brothers & sister. She is also very affectionate & sweet, usually the first to start purring when anyone talks to her or pets her. Mokatika especially loves sitting in a window watching the birds & household dogs. Currently she is somewhat afraid of dogs & new cats, but she is young enough to learn to like any new gentle furry family members. This gorgeous bunch of kittens was brought into the local animal control shelter in the big rush of kittens discarded in early summer. Someone surely didn’t realize what little jewels they were throwing away! Lovely Mokatika is spayed, vaccinated, dewormed, microchipped & tested for FeLV & FIV. To meet Mokatika or her littermates, please call 540/586-6100, email LMHANDVTM@msn.com or complete an Adoption Application at http://bhsva.org/adoptions-home.htm .
