Here's what the humans have to say about me:
Bella is darling female Pyrenees mix, but as cute as she is, Miss Bella has baggage that will require an understanding, patient and dedicated adopter to help her unpack. Bella was turned over to us due to what at the time was severe separation anxiety. She had been adopted from a humane society by a family that loved her and tried many things but were at their wits end and getting complaints about the high pitched squeaky wheel impression that we heard a lot when she first arrived. We also found that Bella doesn't have the greatest hips having some degenerative, arthritic issues in both. We started her on an anti-inflammatory to be sure pain was not contributing to her anxiety and also started her on anti-anxiety meds. Bella has been with us just over 2 months and has made tremendous progress. She is one smart cookie and really wants to please. Ideally someday she would be able to be weaned off the anxiety meds but will probably always need something for her hips although she is now also running and playing which tell us she is not having the discomfort she was before. Bella is too complicated to fully explain in this short bio. We would love to talk in more depth with anyone seriously interested in providing her the home and environment she needs to succeed. Bella is truly a very sweet and special girl.
