Here's what the humans have to say about me:
This 3 year young, 50lb, neutered boy, lab mix, current on vaccines, and is heartworm negative. Buzz thrives on “trusted family companions” who maintain consistency & routine in his life, and patient leadership to help build his confidence with new encounters, strangers, and other dogs. (Buzz will do almost anything to please you ONCE he has your trust). Buzz loves family life and car rides, running, and enjoying the great outdoors w/human companions; “family and routine" are the safest and most secure environment he trusts. Buzz has adjusted very well “as a family companion” in his foster home (with other dogs and children ages 8, 12 and 15). He needs reminding about “politely” meeting other dogs on leash; off leash he plays hard with other dogs and will show a preference to be dominant; we are unsure about cats. He prefers his "trusted companions” to be women but has shown acceptance of some men. You won’t find BUZZ in a crowd; he is not comfortable around strangers; he had very little socialization as a young puppy and consequently unfamiliar people and new environments can be challenging for him. Adoption applications available on the ADOPTME page at DREAM4pets.org MOST ADOPTIONS RESTRICTED to 150 MILES of Troy OHIO.
