Hi there, I am Tripp, Mr. T to my hu-mom! I came from a pretty neglectful situation but I don’t let the past cast a shadow on my outlook for the future. My hu-mom says that if I was in high school, I would be voted the ‘Class Clown’. I love to come in the house, say hello to everyone, grab someone’s shoe by the door and then high tail it to my crate. I’ve never chewed one up but it’s a fun game to play.
I am a large boy, probably too large. I am losing weight and I feel so much better and have regained some of the spring in my walk. My hu-dad says I look like a bear. You decide...do I look like a bear? I love to go on walks but since I haven’t been on too many, I do pull a bit on my leash but my hu-mom is working with me on that. Being in the house is a new thing but I kinda like it. Even though I have been around other dogs, I would probably do better as an only fur child.
Yes, I am not perfect but I have a lot of personality and love to give the right humans. Could that be you?
This is what Tripp’s foster mom says about him…
Tripp is a real joy to have around. He has the big teddy bear personality mixed with a touch of clown. He is very vocal and doesn’t hesitate to tell you how it is. He does still need to lose a little weight but is doing so much better. He still pulls a bit on walks but is learning quickly. He had never been inside when we got him but has taken to it like a natural. He loves to investigate everything and has never had an accident inside. He does like to sing at night and has a beautiful soulful voice. He would do best as an only fur kid as he has shown some aggression towards other dogs when it comes to things he thinks should belong to him. He is neutered, chipped and up to date on his shots. He is a good boy and deserves a chance with a family of his own.
