Here's what the humans have to say about me:
Hi, my name is Hank and I am a three-year old Beagle/Basset mix. Not too long ago, HART Cincinnati rescued me from a shelter in Kentucky. Before a nice lady came and got me from that place, I was adopted from Boone County, and my adopters gave me away, not once but twice! To be honest, I am not sure why everyone kept giving me away, because my foster parents tell me I am a sweet and cuddly boy. Anyways, I am now living with two foster parents, and four foster siblings. My siblings are all kinds of different dogs, and I love to chase them all. When I am not chasing my other doggie siblings, I like to do my own thing. My foster parents like to call me Hank the tank, because I will run through the grass knocking over my doggie siblings, just to smell the tree for one of those nasty Squirrels.
Anyways, when I went to that doctor person, he told me that I needed to lose some weight, because I am a bit short and weigh in at 58 pounds. I know that’s a lot, but I really like all kinds of treats, and I will do just about anything for them, including sitting and shaking. During the nighttime though, I am not that active. I would rather just sit with you on the couch or in a bed and cuddle up to you to keep you warm.
